Do you like good meat ?

Without any further information I’m being drag by my girlfriend to l’entrecôte.

Now I’m intrigued, half an hour to get a table. It may be usual for a new Hype&Trendy parisian hotspot, but this restaurant is older than me !

When we finally got our table, no menu ! The waitress simply asks

How do you want it ?

That’s it. You just choose how you want your meat to be cooked. No today’s special, no fish or meat, there is only one meal :

• beef
• french fries
• the secret sauce (and what a secret sauce !)

It’s amazing, they do not try to satisfy everyone, they do not have a nice and cosy interior.. The focus is on the food, and success is here since nearly a century !
